How much does the service cost?
The ordering system will calculate the pricing for how many bins you need to have serviced. Our basic fees are $20 monthly, $35 quarterly, and $50 for a one time service. These fees are valid for your first 2 bins and there is a small additional fee for any additional bins.
What’s the point of cleaning my trash bins?
Your trash bins host the perfect environment for bacteria and other pathogens. The smells put off by dirty bins attracts insects and rodents and can be unbearable any time you go near. If you have to leave your cans inside your garage, you already know how horrible they can smell. HOA’s love this service and so do the homeowners. We use very hot water and industrial strength freshening agents to kill those harmful bacteria, remove the stink, and leave your cans smelling new again!
How often do you clean my trash cans?
The suggested option for service is monthly, where we will come by once per month on your collection day to clean the bins. Other options include a quarterly service and a one-time service. We give you the options to choose your own frequency so pick whatever you think is best. You can change your frequency at any time.
Will you provide a one-time cleaning service?
While we do offer one-time cleaning, it is best to perform this service on a recurring basis as one-time cleanings take much more time and materials, and are priced accordingly.
I just signed up, when will you clean my cans?
We will contact you when we receive your order regarding the next service date in your neighborhood.
What chemicals do you use?
In almost all cases, the only thing we use is 200 degree hot water, followed by a freshening spritz of deodorizer. Did you know it is AGAINST THE LAW to clean your cans while letting the water run in to the storm drains? This “grey water” does serious damage to our waterways and the environment. We collect the water, haul it away and filter out all of the solids and dispose of everything properly.
Can you remove stuck-on items that have dried inside my can?
Using 200 degree water with 3000 psi pressure is very powerful and can remove almost all debris and stains inside the trash can. However, there are times that something is just TOO HARD to remove, such as industrial adhesives and certain kinds of paint. Cans that have never been washed might need multiple services before these stuck on items get removed.
